Any inquiry submitted through this website does not, by virtue of the inquiry, create a solicitor-client relationship or a relationship of confidence between community lawyer and the party making the inquiry. While community lawyer will respect the privacy of this inquiry and not share the information provided through this inquiry with outside parties or with the parties who may be adverse to you, no solicitor-client relationship or relationship of confidence will be created, if at all, until such time as a retainer agreement is entered into with community lawyer, which agreement will be subject to, among other terms, community lawyer determining that there are no conflicts of interest with any and all parties who are or may be adverse to the matter in question.
